About Us

100 Years and Growing

Willem Huizenga migrated to

Grand Rapids in 1891.

He purchased the land

in 1908 & the farm began.

His son Louis Huizenga

farmed until his death in 1946.

Bill and "Chuck continued

farming & transitioned to greenhouse

growing lettuce and

tomatoes in the greenhouses.

Geraniums were first

grown in the early 1960's.

Little by little more and more

flowers were grown.

Chuck's son,

Louie & wife Cindy

are owner and operators.

Our Son Matthew is planning to

continue the tradition and is

working along side his dad.
